She speaks to all of them the same, but different in that each person feels like she knows and understands them. She has excellent listening skills and provides feedback with honesty without being brutal (except when it is warranted)! She is able to develop personal development plans, and not only is her feedback very clear, it is detailed and filled with examples.

She can also provide examples AFTER the feedback is given of where the person responded and improved or did not respond and did not improve. She sets an action plan with checkpoints and goals that makes it easy to determine if progress is being made.
