Airplane Theory
The art of taking care of yourself first seems selfish, but a critical skill to have in order for success.
If you are familiar with the safety instructions before taking off on an airplane, you know that when the air mask drops down, you are to put the mask on yourself before helping others.
What the airplane companies don't want to tell you is that if you don't put your mask on within a very short period of time you run the risk of passing out and not being able to help yourself or anyone else for that matter... Although it seems simple, it is not an easy skill to master and really takes practice.
