Goal Setting and Accountability
Anyone can set a goal, but are you holding yourself accountable to achieve results?
Setting goals is a process that allows us to accomplish something important in our life within a time frame that seems appropriate. Most people don't understand the impact of writing their goals down.
When you couple that with either having a coach hold you accountable or learning how to hold yourself accountable the results significantly increase.
Obtaining techniques to brainstorm to identify the goals that are right for you, whether it be personally or professionally and the mechanics to break them down into achievable goals is just the start. Experiencing the accomplishment of smaller goals will give you the momentum to set bigger goals and stretch yourself.
