One of Candy's greatest talents is her ability to communicate effectively through all levels of an organization. A Better You Coaching was founded on values that provide rich impact and a mission that focuses on strength and discovery. We are not your traditional coaching company. We pride ourselves on taking a very unique and intimate approach with each client. Our focus is Executive Coaching, which is a blend of Leadership, Business and Personal Coaching. Indentifying the true aches and pains our clients are experiencing gives us the advantage to work together as a team to create an action plan for accomplishing results.

About Candy Myura

Candy Myura is owner and executive coach at A Better You Coaching. After working in a corporate environment for 18 years, Candy chose to combine her passion for mentoring and developing leaders with her strong professional business experience and start her own executive/business coaching company.

Prior to her current role, Myura served as Chief Operating Officer at Appletree Answers. Candy was responsible for 13 call centers in the US and PR. She oversaw the financial stability of each call center and their contribution towards the company. She managed all employee and customer aspects, inclusive of the management development program and Salesforce.com deployment and education.  Myura was also responsible for company acquisition growth, commercial real estate negotiations and the planning of telecomm intense office moves.

Previously, Myura held several leadership positions during her 14 year tenure at MBNA. MBNA was a fortune 500 financial institution that was acquired by Bank of America. Her primary responsibilities included call center management for Consumer Finance Lending. Other responsibilities were managing risk, people development, streamlining processes and creating efficiencies, as well as new business development and administration.

A large portion of Candy’s time at MBNA was dedicated to technical project implementation and acting as the relationship liaison between Information Technology and the business areas.
